We started the BRS Academy to address this problem, offering training courses that help to provide the theoretical and practical knowledge that you need to start a career with us. Or for that matter with any of our competitors. This does not phase us in the slightest as we believe that everyone gains from healthy competition.

More recently, we have noticed an increased interest among our customers to raise their proficiency levels. Consequently, we also offer a special course structure designed to suit those already running a fibre network and who perhaps need specific training for their own technicians.
