Fibre rollout

An installation you and your customers can rely on

As a customer with us, you will be assisted through every stage of the construction project — from the time our planners prepare for excavation, until the point of delivery of the entire infrastructure to you as the customer. But this does not mean that you have seen the last of us, far from it. We can also take care of the service and maintenance of your network if you so desire. And in the unlikely event that something untoward happens, then you can simply call us for help any time of the day, around the clock.

We can also help expand an already existing installation, or connect households that rejected fibre the first time around. Of course we can also help with connections in multi dwelling units and suchlike.

BRS Networks is certified according to Robust Fiber, which means that you are guaranteed a quality-assured delivery and a network with an impressively long service life.

Operation and Maintenance

We are still around even after the cables have been laid

Once we have completed your fibre installation, you can always rest assured in the knowledge that it has been well executed and will last and perform for many years to come. Even so, the unexpected can sometimes happen. Someone might dig up a cable by accident or something might simply break down. Then you as a customer will be relieved to know that we are always there to answer the phone when you call. Around the clock, all year round. And depending on the agreement we have with you, we will be there within a couple of hours or a couple of days to fix the problem.

We have designed operational and maintenance agreements to cover everything from monitoring the installation we have constructed to troubleshooting and conducing annual reviews of fibre cables, server rooms, data centres, etc. We can even provide specially certified cleaners who are proficient in cleaning sensitive environments such as server halls.

Furthermore, we can monitor important systems in real time — something that often allows us to intervene and pre-empt a problem before you as a customer are even aware of it.

IT and Networks

We can help you achieve the ideal network

Ever since we started BRS Networks, we have specialised in planning and implementing network installations in offices and data centres, developing centralised Wi-Fi solutions and installing conference rooms with video, audio, telephones and communications.

Once the installation is completed, we can help monitor your network and identify any potential problems that could arise. As a customer you can also get assistance in optimising internal networks and connecting multiple offices/units into one and the same network. Our product “Firewall as a Service” means that we design networks to suit your specific needs, and by ensuring a high level of security you do not have to worry about virus attacks and hacking.

We can also help ensure that you have the requisite monitors, computers and wireless networks. All of these measures guarantee that your system is optimised all the way from cable running to screen.

Urban Network Products

Brand new or just made faster

We help you by offering active equipment and provisioning systems for urban networks from leading providers. Regardless of whether we are talking about new developments or shifts in technology where the speed of the distribution network or access network needs to be increased, our system architects and system integrators can develop bespoke solutions that are optimised to suit your company’s line of business.

We currently work with the following providers: Allied Telesis, Waystream, CTS, Packetfront Softwareand Fortinet.

NEZ Datacenter

When security is key

We are proud to be able to offer our customers server halls and installations that are classified according to Grade 6. By way of comparison, FMV currently requires Grade 4. The basic concept is to prevent unauthorised persons from sabotaging or accessing equipment and information, while ensuring that the installation remains an ideal environment for your technology by offering a high level of operational reliability and low energy consumption. Potential customers currently have the option of visiting our existing installation at Visby to gain an insight into its design and to see how the installation operates in terms of security.

Our customers can enjoy the benefits of a flexible offering. They can rent space from our own data centres, but we also offer a solution with data centres as a service (DaaS), or as a construction contract where the customer buys the installation. We have the capacity to build secure installations anywhere in the world. If you require a more modest solution, we can also design small secure nodes in the form of detached buildings of around 10–15 m2.
